Mark Whiteside

B.Podiatry (Hons).

Commenced at The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre June 2008.

Areas of special interest:

  • Musculoskeletal injuries
  • Biomechanical injuries
  • All aspects of general podiatry

Mark graduated with first class honours from Latrobe University in 2007.  During that time he developed an interest in the areas of biomechanics and podiatric sports medicine and has completed many workshops and seminars in this field.  Mark is committed to using the latest evidence and research when formulating a treatment plan for his patients.

  • Bachelor of Podiatry (Hons) Latrobe University

  • Sports Medicine Australia

Personal Sporting Experience:

Mark has played a wide variety of sports and now has a very strong interest in AFL and football.

He is a passionate supporter of Essendon Football Club and Melbourne Victory.

Mark is a regular top finisher in the AFL Football Tipping competition at The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre!
