I joined Healthcare on Collins in 2010, so if you come regularly, it is very likely that we have spoken over the phone or at the front counter at least once.

Nowadays, you can still catch me on the phone or at the front reception desk, but less often as I have taken higher duties related with the back-office functioning of the organisation.

I am still very involved with the team and available to help them out with trickier tasks.

My favourite aspect of my current job is the variety of work. I love that every day presents me with different challenges. This has meant that I have had the opportunity to gain an understanding of the industry and develop my problem-solving and organisational skills.
