A deep curiosity about life and how the body worked sent me to study the sciences and from there to Medical School. Since childhood gymnastics and working as a gymnastics coach, I developed a keen interest in biomechanics. This has carried through to my career in Sports Medicine.

My aim is to consider each person as a whole, and gain an understanding of their condition and treatment options. I try to communicate as clearly as possible and work closely with physiotherapists and other allied health practitioners to optimise progress and recovery. I understand the needs of high performance athletes and professional artists, and also the requirements and constraints on all of us who have busy schedules.

I work with orthopaedic surgeons, including assisting in surgery, and can provide pre and post-operative advice.

I have current positions with the Australian Sailing Team, The National Institute of Circus Arts, Melbourne Orthopaedic Surgeons, and as a Classifer for Para-Sailing.
