Kathy has been involved with sports medicine since she her university days. She has looked after many athletes, from the young to elderly, able bodies to para sports, recreational to elite and professional. A keen biomechanist, Kathy honed her skills coaching gymnastics.
Kathy assists a number of orthopaedic surgeons and can provide pre- and post- operative advice.
Education is the key to management, and Kathy aims to give each person a good understanding of their condition and treatment options. She works closely with physiotherapists and other allied health practitioners to best manage your medical needs.

Involvement with Teams and Associations:
Currently, Kathy is involved with gymnasts, sailors and students of the circus arts. She looks after professional circus artists, dancers and musicians; whether based in Melbourne, or coming through on tour. Kathy has a wide experience with other sporting teams, including footbal, athletics, cycling and multi-sport events. She will be organising the medical service at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Gymnastics venue. Kathy supports Medicine Sans Frontiers and NICA.
