M.Physio (sports), Dip Sports Med, Dip Manipulative Therapy, B.Physio.

I commenced at then The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre in December 2010 and became a Director in 2021.

I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in private practice and with elite sporting teams. I believe in taking the time and effort to ensure that I provide quality care and offer the most direct pathway to optimising your recovery.

I am a firm believer of using manual techniques to help restore the dysfunctional movement and then followed up with a specific exercise program. I also explain the fundamental issues of the injury and how to manage the injury yourself.

In 2010, I completed my Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. I have also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine, Manipulative Therapy in 2007 and a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy in New Zealand in 2004.

I am married with two very active soccer boys. The family’s love of sport means the massage table is occupied most evenings!
