Boxing for Fitness

Our boxing for fitness sessions are conducted by our Marathon Running and past State level Pro Am Boxer,  Remedial Massage Therapist Leon Adkins.

Sessions are 30 minutes and are conducted at 7.00am each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

There is one participant per session.

Leon will wrap your hands and wrists prior to the session, inner gloves and boxing gloves are provided.

Designed to improve fitness and agility, these classes provide a great early morning workout!

Paperwork required to be complete prior to commencing boxing sessions can be downloaded here.

Please note that if you are over 50 years of age, a medical certificate allowing participation is required.
