A great gift for you or someone else!

There are four fabulous cookbooks in the series:

Survival For the Fittest is the first official cookbook developed for busy athletes from the AIS Sports Nutrition Department.  This cookbook is aimed at athletes and anyone interested in maintaining a healthy diet in a busy lifestyle. Recipes are accompanied by a nutritional analysis, easy cooking hints and a selection of tips from the athletes themselves.

Survival From the Fittest is the companion cookbook to the Survival for the Fittest from the athletes of the AIS. With an overwhelming response to the first cookbook, Survival for the Fittest became a best seller and was a hit with athletes and the general community. This second book, Survival from the Fittest, goes even further to deliver recipes and cooking tips from the mouths of some of Australia's most dedicated and successful athletes.

Survival Around the World is the third cookbook from the popular Survival Cookbook series. This cookbook was developed for athletes that travel regularly around the world. When faced with the challenge of eating well in unfamiliar environments, and with limited time and resources, our athletes need recipes that are nutritious, quick, delicious and foolproof. These recipes have been tested in our cooking classes and on the road by athletes, who are tired after training, are trying to juggle many commitments and have limited cooking skills. This cookbook is a great resource for anyone who needs to prepare quick, simple, tasty and nutritious meals - whether you are on the road or at home.

Survival For the Active Family is the fourth official cookbook from the Australian Institute of Sport and following on from 'Survival for the Fittest', 'Survival from the Fittest' and Survival around the World'. This cookbook was developed by the sports dietitians at the AIS, and with help from the athletes themselves, this cookbook is perfect for busy families who want healthy, tasty food without spending hours in the kitchen. Survival for the Active Family contains over 100 easy and delicious recipes plus 100 nutrition tips from the AIS Sports Nutrition team and ideas on how to get kids active. Its healthy eating for active families.
