Centre Information

The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre provides comprehensive care of the highest standard.

For all medical consultations, Medicare provides a part rebate, for allied health consultations, private health insurance can cover part of your cost.

Please bring along your private health insurance membership card to enable your claims to be processed at the time of consultation.  We recommend you check with your private health insurer regarding your level of cover so you know exactly what rebate you are entitled to for each consultation.

Should you have a chronic health problem, allied health services may also be covered by a Team Care Arrangement.  In this situation a set number of Medicare part rebates can be provided.

Please check with your General Practitioner to see if you are eligible for a Medicare Team Care Arrangement.

The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre is a private clinic and as a result  Workcover and TAC rates are not charged.

Receipts however can be provided so Workcover or TAC reimbursements can be provided by your employer or TAC.

We ask that all accounts are settled on the day via EFT, Visa Card, Master Card or cash.
