Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates

*To ensure the safety of our patients, staff and community, our variety of classes are temporarily ceased for the duration of the Stage 4 Metropolitan Melbourne lock-down. All our Practitioners are available for Telehealth consultations and if your injury/concern meets the current criteria set by DHHS, we have several Practitioners that are available to treat you on site. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Reception team who are here to help through this difficult time.

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body.

Exercises based on Pilates principles are incorporated into the treatment sessions of many of our Physiotherapists, Myotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

Pilates equipment such as the reformer, trapeze table, Pilates ball, magic circle and wunder chair may be used during individual sessions and also during our Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology small group classes.

Your practitioner will advise if your treatment and rehabilitation would benefit from the inclusion of exercises based on Pilates principles and the use of Pilates equipment.

For more information please read about our Physiotherapy Exercise Classes and phone our reception staff on 9650 9372 for more information.
