*To ensure the safety of our patients, staff and community, our variety of classes are temporarily ceased for the duration of the Stage 4 Metropolitan Melbourne lock-down. All our Practitioners are available for Telehealth consultations and if your injury/concern meets the current criteria set by DHHS, we have several Practitioners that are available to treat you on site. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Reception team who are here to help through this difficult time.  

Our boxing for fitness sessions are conducted by our Marathon Running and past State level Pro Am Boxer,  Remedial Massage Therapist Leon Adkins.

Sessions are 30 minutes and are conducted on a temporarily reduced timetable, currently 7.30 am each Tuesday and Thursday.

There is one participant per session.

Leon will wrap your hands and wrists prior to the session.  During this COVID-19 period we are asking that participants provide their own hand & wrist wraps and fabric gloves to wear under the boxing gloves

Designed to improve fitness and agility, these classes provide a great early morning workout!

Paperwork required to be completed prior to commencing boxing sessions can be downloaded here.  Please ensure you return this paperwork to us at least five working days prior to your first session.  Completed paperwork can be emailed to or faxed to 9650 4833.

Please note that if you are over 50 years of age OR have any chronic medical condition a medical certificate from your GP allowing participation is required.
