Poor Posture

Poor posture, whether it is sitting, standing or moving / lifting posture can significantly contribute to spinal, hip, knee and shoulder pain.  A Physiotherapist can assess your posture and give you advice and exercises to help improve it.  This may also involve Clinical Pilates to help use the postural muscles correctly.

All of our Physiotherapists can assist with the management of poor posture.  Sophie Heywood, Melanie Omizzolo and Liana Cope have a particular interest in Pilates.
