Should you have a chronic health problem, Allied Health Services may also be covered by a Team Care Arrangement. In this situation a set number of Medicare rebates can be provided. Please check with your General Practitioner to see if you are eligible for a Medicare Team Care Arrangement.
The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre is a private clinic and as a result Workcover and TAC rates are not charged. Receipts however can be provided so Workcover or TAC reimbursements can be provided by your employer or TAC.
We ask that all accounts are settled on the day via EFT, Visa Card, Master Card or cash.
