Anna graduated in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) in 2000 and moved to Melbourne in 2001 to pursue an interest in sports medicine. Since then Anna has undertaken continuing education in biomechanics, podiatric sports medicine and paediatrics. Anna is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association and the Australasian Academy of Podiatry Sports Medicine.

In the past Anna was an elite swimmer and elite hockey player. She has a special interest in sports medicine and the adolescent athlete. Anna is the podiatry coordinator for OXFAM Trailwalker and was part of the medical team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. 

Anna is also the Consultant Podiatrist for Melbourne Victory Soccer Team.

Thursday the 27th of January 2011 will be Anna's last day before she takes maternity leave. During her absence podiatrist Chris Petropoulos will be taking on Anna's Oxfam work. Anna's famous 'blister packs' can be purchased via her website as listed above.  If seeing either Anna or Chris regarding Oxfam Trailwalker please ensure you bring with you the shoes you will be wearing during the event and also shorts or 3/4 leggings.
